Danger From Above

 UPDATE(Oct 7th):

The black cover is still hanging dangerously from the lamp post, even after informing the library staff TWICE.

As I was walking from the library to my department, I heard a creaking sound coming from above. It wasn't very loud and it sounded like a rusty swing in playground. Looking up, lo and behold... something was dangling dangerously high above, ready to drop anytime soon on any innocent passerby.




A closer look. It looks like some sort of metal cover for the electronic parts.

I informed the library but wonder if they took any action to solve it.
